Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Rylie Jobe LLC, reserves the right to update these terms at anytime as is necessary.

Privacy & Security:
We are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

Shipping Policy

All items ship from Los Angeles, U.S.A.

Postage/Delivery Times: Most artworks leave the studio within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the artwork to be shipped. Made-to-order shipments may take up to 2-3 weeks. Check product description for accurate shipment times. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery times, please send an email to: contact@ryliejobe.com

Customs/Duties Taxes: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Rylie Jobe, LLC is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less time to be delivered, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. 

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Exchanges & Refunds:
To preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, all orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

Damaged goods:
Products deemed to be damaged upon arrival may qualify for replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging. Any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware most items are one of a kind and made by hand. These items are unique and may have minor imperfections. The artwork sold on ryliejobe.com is part of tactile process therefor buyers accept that minor imperfections or inconsistencies are part of the creation process.
